Sell rights to your AI-assisted song

We focus on human/AI-assisted songs — including songs created with Suno or other AI music tools — where you personally wrote original lyrics, melody, or other musical elements. Songbuyer.ai isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by any AI music company.

The human contribution we look for

• You personally wrote original lyrics, melody, or other musical elements.
• Your personal contribution is at least 50% of the composition’s creative work.
• No additional human co-writers.

Our 50% requirement is an acquisition policy, not a legal test of copyright protection. AI prompting alone doesn’t count as human authorship, pure AI songs aren’t accepted, and human contributions don’t make AI-generated portions protected.

Evidence that helps

If your song looks like a fit, we may invite you to a private second step to share creation evidence, such as demos, drafts, lyric notes, or your creation history in the AI tool. Evidence is reviewed privately and is never shown publicly.

Other requirements

• Instrumental songs are accepted. Songs with lyrics must have English lyrics.
• Used in at least 5,000 qualifying Instagram Reels.
• No deepfakes, sound-alikes, narration or sound-effects-only tracks, cover songs, third-party samples, leased beats, or Commercial Sound Library tracks.
