What we buy — and what we don’t

• We buy: your transferable U.S. composition rights in one qualifying instrumental, for a one-time payment.
• We don’t buy: beat downloads, beat licenses, leased beats, or master recordings.
• You keep: your master recording and your rights outside the United States.

Who qualifies

• You personally created original melody or other musical elements, making up at least 50% of the composition’s creative work. This is our acquisition policy, not a legal test of copyright protection.
• AI prompting alone doesn’t count as human authorship, and pure AI beats aren’t accepted.
• No additional human co-writers, third-party samples, or leased beats.
• The instrumental is used in at least 5,000 qualifying Instagram Reels. Original Audio and User Sounds are welcome.

Disclose any licenses, distributor or other agreements on the form. They’re reviewed, not automatically rejected — we check whether they permit the proposed purchase. Beats offered as part of a Commercial Sound Library designated for business use aren’t accepted.
